You can get the all the regional data from geofabrik's India extract - http://download.geofabrik.de/asia/india.html If you're trying to run some analysis on the data, India extract of OSM QA tiles would be useful - https://s3.amazonaws.com/mapbox/osm-qa-tiles/latest.country/india.mbtiles.gz
