[OSM-talk] Tag AND_a_nosr_p and source=AND?

I have seen the tags AND_a_nosr_p=NUMBER and source=AND associated with some nodes in OpenStreetMap. For example: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/245622615/history Would anyone know what the context for these tags is? I can't seem to find documentation for the 'AND_a_nosr_p' tag,

Also wanted to know if there are any apps for Android smartphones which can be used to map data. OSM Tracker for Android is one of the nicer applications available. You can take photographs and add voice annotations as *you* walk around, and JOSM works well with its output. -- Koshy

The other source for India extracts is cloudmade, updated only monthly though http://downloads.cloudmade.com/asia/india The Cloudmade extracts appear to be buggy at the moment, see: http://developers.cloudmade.com/issues/show/798 and http://developers.cloudmade.com/issues/show/794. -- Koshy
