I personally think that it's not worth it to worry about those
prohibitions, because North Koreans don't have that access to the
internet anyways. The Forum might be a place though where some armchair
mapper asks questions regarding mapping N
Just stumbled upon tha the NIS headquarter and some other objects have
been deleted again. That's at least the 3rd time now.

problems (intersecting outers), maybe someone can have a look at it. The user
hasn't deleted more "sensitive buildings" since I commented on his deletion

thank you for writing. I will investigate the issue. It is however possible
that some of the data you now see removed was also removed by us because users
had illegally traced building footprints from "vworld" imagery. I'll keep you
posted.
