If you use potlatch, no easy way.  Sorry.

For merkaartor and JOSM, you can rectify the image using an online map
rectifier Map Warper  beta:
http://warper.geothings.net/

After the rectification, you can now use the image as a WMS.  One
warning when capturing aerial images:  "anything below about 70° to
the vertical isn't that useful. 45° pictures make nice panoramas but
aren't good for warping. "
