Can the board have a meeting before the month's end? We need to discuss
post-incorporation tasks like getting a dry seal, opening a bank account,
determining which assets go to OSM-PH Inc. (e.g., OSMtogo GPS units?),
formulating/adopting a rules of order for meetings, registering with the
Merkaartor 0.16.1 is now released. I would've announced that 0.16.0 was
released, but based on experience, there would be bug reports about it. :-)
