found out that there is another XForms and OpenRosa project i.e.
OpenXdata which uses the convention Nokia phones with GPS and out a

I don't know if ODK is the way to go, but a simple phone application that
stores street names and GPS coordinates could be handy indeed.
(Now I write them on a paper, or take a picture, and then, when back home, try
to remember where it was...)

I think ODK Collect and ODK Aggregate can help get all the Phil Street
Names for OSM.
ODK Collect is powerful phone based replacement for your paper forms.
Collect is built on the Android platform and can collect a variety of
form data types: text, location, photos, video, audio, and barcodes
Martijn has updated his tool for determining the date of the Bing
imagery. Now you can see how many more zoom levels are there. I think
this may make it easier to spot more Bing imagery in the Philippines.
