The osm road length script don't know if the road is a dual-carriageway so
the numbers are a bit optimistic.

That's true, but I estimate that 98% of roads are single-carriageway
and so the actual OSM-PH road length may just be around 2,000 km less
than the script's calculated figure. Still a big length. :)
