Great idea, Maning. We should do that!

Off-hand, I think one of the things I'd love to see is integration of IODb
[2] within the iD editor, to make it more convenient for casual mappers use
it. While we don't expect them to make any high-precision offsets, there
are just too many places where offsets are substantial (>10m)  that "good
enough" is still great if editors can align on intersections using both
axis.

Currently, Strava is the best third-party source for validating and
adjusting offsets of publicly available imagery. Bing is still a great
default layer, with good resolution and alignment in many areas, despite
being a bit long in the tooth.

I wish there are more orgs willing to share their telemetry data this way.
