I humbly nominate Murlwe.
He's been exhaustive in his efforts in promoting OSM here in Mindanao and
for promoting the local Opensource advocacy and initiative.

since he said he'll be busy, I'll nominate Murlwe instead. I'd love to
go but I think Murlwe deserves the spot (if we're only given one)

FYI, I just sent our nomination for the SOTM '09 travel grant.
