So far, the only ways that I'm aware of that use bicycle=designated are
already neighborhood greenways.

Pretty much. If you don't like installing any proprietary software on your
machine then your best bet is to use JOSM or Merkaartor.
Gnash bugs should really be reported on the Gnash bugtracker. :)

CRAZY long lag in moving the mouse, keyboard shortcuts not working
right, autofill broken.
something known going on here? must i install adobe flash?

I've finished with the mainline U.S. Highways and Interstates and the
major grid of state roads (1-2 digit and multiples of 100). You can see
