The results of the US local chapter board election have been received
and found to be valid. Fourteen valid ballots were received from 50%
of the eligible members.

I agree about the idea of the handoff agenda, but with or without, I will
also be in the meeting tomorrow. We should at least go in with some goals
on what we plan to accomplish this year, and discuss if those goals are
practical and how we can work together to help each other with our goals,

Hand off agenda is a great idea.
My computing habits mean that IRC is probably unrealistic for me.
As far as goals for this year, I know that Ian has been building a server
intended for hosting tile renders. I'd like to see that continue with a
US-specific tile layer ready for public consumptio
I'd urge you guys to think about /community/ as well as /technology/.
Import some Weait's or something.

Would next Thu (20 Oct) work for an annual meeting/presentation from the
outgoing board? That would at least give us a chance to prepare (i.e. gather
our wits).
