To those handling the request to LWG and DWG and those who've mapped in
Willoughby as a result of the email thread, thank you.
Even after reading the emails, I'm still a little unsure what was requested
to LWG and DWG and what local mappers can specifically fulfill this
specific request.

County for a point near Somerville/Charles town boundary.
OSM used MassGIS not Tiger in Mass. for initial import. It was better than
Tiger back then but has different problems. I mention this because USA
