I am not sure what the issues are. The roads seems to be correctly tagged
but I don't live in the area so don't know. If they are only proposed roads
and is marked as such that is fine.

1) A few weeks ago I noticed on OSMAND that a proposed portion of
Alexander Rd had been mapped. I changed some of these roads to
construction, I also sent a message to the mapper: marceldup
suggesting to tag For Construction with some explanation
