Hi all,

I’d like to share this paper on TAPS, which we recently got accepted for
publication in the April issue of IEEE Communications Magazine:
https://arxiv.org/abs/2102.11035

We wrote this to introduce ongoing TAPSisms to the outside world, and give an
impression of how easy it can be to use things like framers and cloning with a
code example.
(Perhaps the easiest code ever that makes use of SCTP multi-streaming? :-) )

This is heavily based on Michael Gundersen’s master thesis, which I also shared
here some time ago - he developed a Python shim over NEAT that turns it into an
up-to-date TAPS system (called “NEATPy”).
He wrote the shim, I wrote and tested the example - so I can attest to its ease
of use.

Cheers,
Michael
