Did anyone catch Austin City Limits on PBS this weekend. I just came
back from a 4 hour trip seeing my (fingers holding my nose) Inlaws
this weekend. Plunked my but down and turned on the tube and ACL had
Elvis Costello with the T man.

I like those pesky little metronomes; once you get the hang of them
they are fun to play to.I'm currently working on playing fiddle
tunes when it's beating on beats 2 and 4 as opposed to beats 1 and
3...you get a different almost "swingy" feel that way

Brian, i just listened to "Jerusalem Ridge", your mando playin sounds
real good. Bob Black played in our town last year & i asked the
promoter to ask if i could get up & pick one with the band. He said
sure & it ended up i got to play the whole show with him wich was a
