KUER radio has been playing a lot of mandolin from SLC. Mostly on early
mornings...7-8 a.m.I didn't know that Vivaldi wrote for mandolin. It is very
Baroque (duh?) but so beautiful. The last one was a two mandolin suite which
was like cake and buttercream frosting to the ear! Yum.

Yes...I have a handout I used in collegeit has got some catchy tunes and
there are tapes that help it. Check out the Julliard website too. There is a
great software package that helps improve ear training in 4 measure
sections. I am still not very proficient...but there are lots of resources.
