Well I have to say I really like them. Previously I had a tortis
(sp?), wegen(big triangle), and dawg (with a filed down edge). I
really liked the tortis but, I have a 5 year old. Nuff said. The wegen
was good, i use them on the guitar mostly but something just never

I played a show at the local fall festival in Rogvegas and it was
AAWWWFFFUL! Not our full band, 3 fill in's which consisted of a
guitar player who plays nothing but Tony Rice licks and couldn't play
the melody if you had a gun to his head, a banjo player who has one

How does your playing (Monroe style) go over in a jam type atmosphere.
It seems that the places I in-frequent have a lot of players that play
a lot of notes and flashy at that. Damn them. and my style of
playing which is heavily influenced by big mon/tater is almost frowned
upon.
