We use the real Outlook (not Express), and that supports Microsoft
Rich text, plain text and HTML, with the default being Rich text (at
least here). Everyone is therefore doing nice things with colours

an e-mail the Delete option is grayed out. I cannot delete the file
attachment from the e-mail.
How can I delete the file attachment from an e-mail message?
This feature previously worked in the 1.53 versions.
