Regarding macros, I notice a strange phenomenon. If I use %ODATESHORT, it captures correctly my preferred format (defined under Regional and Language Options in the Control Panel): "2004-02-18". But if I use %DATE, TB! gives me an Americanized format that is not what I defined in the Control Panel.

I seem to recall that in 1.x pressing Ctrl+[ and Ctrl+] to change the capitalization of a word used to work in a more friendly fashion. Didn't it used to capitalize a word and move automatically to the next word (i.e., skipping a space)? If not, then I think it really should do that. This makes it
