works as I think it should, it should not be parked.

I have a filer set as follows.
Move to folder Dave
Park the message
Flag the message
When set like the above it does what it's supposed to do, but leaves a
Parked Flagged message in the Inbox also.
Reset the filter to:
Move to folder Dave
Flag the message
Park the message
And it works
