Confirmed and I never knew that because it's not marked in the
customise/keyboard shortcuts.

reply with quotes. I suppose it's related to the 'quote selected
text' bug that Richard posted in mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
as this bug was introduced in the same version 3.98.09
