after discovering changes in Preferences dialog done in latest build, I
have revealed, option for selecting image viewer was moved from General to
Applications section
I am really not sure, if it is good to transfer options between sections,

Conditions to reproduce:
had rtf doc on desktop opened file in word 7 used send to email in
word (TB not active which seems to be the cause)
TB opens with email and attachment as expected but on send get AV
Tried to enter password but still AV
Tried to have TB already active and pa
