Why Can it not be fixed?
Of course it can be fixed, but *not* by RITLabs because it is not

I send out 5 items at 8 am and again at 2 pm.
Today NONE of the items went out for the 8 am send
The setting I use to send them, that has been working flawlessly is
%POSTPONE=25-Aug-2009 08:00
Perhaps I should have asked if anyone else is having the same issue or would
mind testing it?
Can someone explain in detail why it cannot be fixed?

I have now got some duplicate icons in the Standard toolbar and cannot
remove them because in the customising editing window the offending icons are
not shown at all.
