5.0.0.114 Mark and Copy via Mouse not working

When I want to use the mouse for mark and copy it does not work. I can mark the text and word, but instead of being able to choose copy, paste, etc. the first word is marked and the spelling comes up. Anyone else have this? -- Marcus J. Using The Bat v5.0.0.114 BETA on Windows 7 Pro
