I have created new POP3 account and there is no way how to see unread/total
counters for account and its subfolders, refresh does not help. Only
restart solves this.

tree in IMAP account based on Gmail, I have opened IMAP folder manager and even
did no changes, after closing it, local folders were moved and Draft changed to
Outbox.
