I have a similar MAPI-related problem. In Windows explorer right click
on a file, 'Send to The Bat!'. TB opens but there are no attachments.
In trying this, I have just noticed that Send To Mail recipient
does open TB with the attachments.

had no problem. also worked fine with open office. with wordperfect,
one route worked (send to mail recipient), the other (send to
thebat) opened a message window
