UI: Cannot cancel out of dialog boxes

When presented with a dialog box within TB!, it is most often not possible to cancel out of it (or answer "No") by pressing Esc. I am no wizard of Windows standards, but most other applications would let me do that, including Windows itself. When closing a editor window, I *can* use Esc to cancel
