this question here. TF When I receive a message with Content-Type: text/html; charset=big5, the TF text is not shown in the HTML version. TF Let me explain this. I am running Chinese Windows 98. My friend in TF Taiwan sends me a message encoded as above. I have my viewer set TF display plain/HTML
