Sorry to say that does not work at all here. I tried this commandline
to modify my account "negg":
thebat.exe /ADD:U="negg";FromName="TEST";AutoCheck="1"
Neither From Name nor AutoCh

Ooops, it is my fault :) Actually it was error in syntax description,
it should be used without ':'
