I don't have the skills to test what is presently offered. I wouldn't know how to get back to my present copy of The Bat!, if a beta like this one should cause major losses for me. DH> For new users, not having an existing message base, preferences et al. DH> the way you chose is easy, but for us old hands ... Very well said. That is exactly where I am. The only difference between me and others who chose the Professional Edition is that many pf them will be using it in a "production environment" as some of the programming subscribers to tbbeta express it, meaning, seemingly, to earn a living with. And the seamless transfer of message bases is critical to those users. I use The Bat! as my e-mail client for personal and private mail, and for some Internet transactions, but for me business records and customers are not at stake. But I still need and want the encryption feature very much. -- Best regards, Mary The Bat 3.0.2.5 on Windows XP 5.1 2600 Service Pack 2 ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.0.2.5 Rush | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
