IMAP: Drafts in Outbox?

To All: After playing around with TB for several weeks, I would like to offer the following observation. In all the server-side IMAP mail systems I have worked on, when an IMAP user account is created, certain IMAP folders are created automatically. These are the obvious sent and trash folders bu
