dialog Download URL manager appears with hosts and filename urls.
There is missing cursor, so if there are more unresolved hosts in
"Unresolved" tab, You do not know, which host will be blocked/alowed when

I cannot confirm that. All you have to do is click&select the host you
want to allow or block. See attached.
