Raymund resent me the original post by Gene. I forwarded it to myself and received it correctly.
To do this I modified my courier configuration. If you are are using Debian or one of it's derivatives (Ubuntu for example) then edit /etc/courier/esmtpd and edit /etc/courier/esmtpd-ssl, add the following lines, other distributions will have to read the documentation:
BOFHBADMIME=accept
MIME=none
MIME=none is actually implicit in the BOFHBADMIME=accept, but just to make it complete.......
Can others confirm that this works?
