I agree with your assessment that establishing TBV as the default
while running would be very handy. However, I work with people living
in very dangerous areas of the world and it could literally mean life
or death for them if TBV left _any_ evidence it was used on a given
machine.

If you were to implement this feature it must be optional and off by
default and it must clean up after itself when it is closed.
