Set Access Password is missing after upgrade

Hi, I'm a long time reader of this group but rarely write. Mostly after upgrades. Problematic ones that's it :) So here I am. I've just upgraded to 4.1.11 from 4.0.14 (I know, I know...) Now on The Bat! start I'm getting the prompt for account name and password. I used to have one some time ago
