I suppose that the problem is on the side of the author of these emails, not on your side. To check my assumption, you can: 1. Export the message to a MSG file, open the file with any text editor and search for the file name. Pay attention to the case of extension. or 2. Just open the TBB file into a text editor and search for the file name.
