What I do is the following, using my Work PC (W) and my Home PC (H):
To do the initial sync, I did a backup from W and restored it on H.
On a Friday at work, I do the Sync Step 1. I don't include my
"archives" account because it rarely changes.

Folder | Maintenance... | Check Integrity/Repair option. I'm not sure
