Cookie encoding problem

Hi, I've just upgraded The Bat! from (much) earlier 3.XX version to 3.85.03. Now I'm getting this strange problem with %Cookie macro in the template. I have a text file with cookies, which is in CP1251 encoding. When I start new message or reply to some using template that uses cookie, initially
