TB erroneously checks mail at startup

Batfolk, I have all of my accounts set to NOT check mail at startup, and yet on about 50% of the times I start TB, all accounts check. This started with version 3.85, when I set ONE account to check at startup, and yet about 50% of the time, all of them checked. So I turned check mail at startup
