Subject lost when replying

I have a fresh install of Windows. The Bat has been working correctly for 2 days. Tonight, when I reply to a message, the subject is blank. Any idea of how to fix this? -- Rick Love is the delightful interval between meeting a beautiful girl and discovering that she looks like a haddock. -
