Now I don't know if it's a bug in v3, if it's IMAP related... anyone
here who can help me? Or perhaps I'm just doing something wrong?
I have the very same problem with my IMAP...
Also, if a virtual folder includes a search in an IMAP folder I have to manually
refresh it - otherwise changes
What does the number1 number2 means next to IMAP folders?

Current version is 3.00.00
ctrl+(num)* expands all threads, whereas ctrl+(num)+ expands
the particular thread.
My TB! requires only + or - on the NumPad without Ctrl to expand/collapse the current
thread below the selected mail.
* on the numpad expands/collapses all the threads in the folder.

Again I am using a laptop (no NumPad) but when I hit [shift] [+] some
of the time the threat will expand completely other times the thread
will only expand to the first level. If I hit the - key the threat
will collapse.
Usually On laptops there is a special button (Num). Pushing this

I've some trouble finding out how to automatically remove locally deleted messages
from the IMAP server.
I use The Bat! from home to read my office mail. Every email I delete at home with The
Bat! is on the server the following morning, when I go to work and open my Outlook.
