Not quite as it should, at least in my case. If the original message
subject were "Re: test" or "Fw: test", %OSubj gives me "test". This is
as it should be.

However if the original message subject is "Fwd: test", %OSubj gives
me ": test" - note the unexpected ": " at the beginning.
