2-5 second delay on XP

Hello All, I know this has been discussed before, but I was hoping to see some results by now. When toggling between windows, 95% of the time, my Bat hangs for about 2-5 seconds before the window shows. The other 5% of the time, it will hang completely. I am running: (updated list of i
