2.02.3 Christmas Edition Open Window Size

Is anyone else having any problem with the opening window size in version 2.02.3 Christmas Edition. My installation keeps opening in the "restored" state, 1/2 of the window off the screen. I would like it to open maximized. I did not have this problem with any other previous version. Thanks! -- P
