I forgot to mention that the folders that are listed in the common folders
list do not display their content. Meaning that they show the name and
their subfolders but when you click on it does not show any of the messages
they contain. That is good because this is a shared PC and I do not want

I choose the leave messages intact and deleted the common folders.
Unfortunately it deleted my personal folders as well.

thinking they will remain but this got rid of them from inside my account as
well. I made a backup before deleting and will restore but the problem is
that the empty folders inside the account are duplicated outside. Pl
