Forwarding Filtered message plus file

A Chairde, I've got an on-line form setup that e-mails user input to my e-mail address. I am filtering the e-mails to a folder. I want to be able to auto-respond to the filtered message but to sending to a different single address including the contents of a text file. Has anyone done this? Can
