Sometimes I get from some Account the eMail double. So I need to
issue the 'kill duplicate' command every now and then. It's a bit
work as I don't want to use 'kill dupes in all folder'. Some folders
have duplicates that should not be deleted.

Park them ... they're not deleted if parked.
Hopfully not, this would complicate my handling ;-(
