Well, I admit that my inbox is pretty slim, though not
non-existent . Filtering puts 99% of my mail in its
own folders, but I don't want to accidentally delete all the
items in one of those folders either because I am too tired to
see straight. I still think an "empty trash" command makes sense.

First of all, exit TB and with Explorer go to her Inbox directory
(...\The Bat\Mail\Inbox). There should be two files there:
MESSAGES.TTB and MESSAGES.T
