Well, I can confirm the fact that despite deleting an Account, the Account
remains on the HDD, but just not visible in TB! or SecureBat

I noticed this (bad) behavior (bug?) several months ago, and it still
exists.
When I create some dummy accounts, and delete them afterwards, using "Wipe
from disk" option, they still exist in ...\Mail\ subdirectory.
I don't know reason for this. U often give names
