No, he meant it, as you can see in his reply a few minutes ago. He
said it is not necessary any more to escape the From, "but". I think
he is very much on top of his English.

I think here it is you who picked the wrong tense: "they had a good
support". Try sending a support request to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and see
what happens. I find it highly annoying that you have to log in, dig
through their forms and submit that way. I want to send an email and
get a reply. Trendmicro is one company that handles this excellently,
GMX is not.
